After the online thickness gauge's detection data is processed by a computer program, it is fed back to a special mold lip thermal expansion adjustment bolt to achieve automatic fine adjustment of the opening thickness of the mold lip, quickly and effectively controlling product accuracy. And our mold head has good expandability, and can be equipped with an "internal blocking width adjustment device" or "external blocking width adjustment device" with a thick edge removal device according to customer needs, which can meet the possibility of producing various wide width products for customers and achieve efficient and cost-effective production.
