TPU high and low temperature film/high elasticity film production line
TPU high and low temperature films are widely used in various textile fabrics such as shoe materials, clothing, bags, waterproof zippers, etc. due to their softness, skin friendliness, high elasticity, three-dimensional sense, and convenient use. For example, shoe uppers, tongue labels, trademarks and decorative accessories in sports footwear, luggage straps, reflective safety labels, logos, etc.
TPU high elasticity film is widely used in high-end seamless sewing fabrics such as seamless underwear and seamless sportswear due to its excellent elasticity and adhesive strength.
This production line adopts the design of co extrusion in two or three extruders, with specially designed insulation die heads. The temperature of each layer can be freely and independently controlled, thus realizing the one-step co extrusion method for different materials and process temperatures, meeting the production of diversified combination products of multiple materials, and solving the limitation of not being able to co extrude at the same time due to large differences in material properties and temperature in the past.
