PVB/SGP film production line
PVB (polyvinyl butyral)/SGP film is a thermoplastic resin film produced by adding plasticizers to PVB resin. Widely used in building laminated glass, automotive laminated glass, solar photovoltaic glass, glass, soundproof glass, etc. It has good safety and prevents glass from shattering and causing fragments to splash and injure people due to external forces; It has sound insulation and UV resistance, and can be made into colored or highly transparent glass. It has been used in building curtain wall glass for 70 years; Has optical application value and can be applied to solar photovoltaics.
PVB/SGP film is currently produced through two methods: roll forming and water passing forming. It can produce transparent, color striped, and full-color films with a thickness of 0.38-1.52mm and a width of 500-3400mm.
