Basic characteristics of POE polyolefin elastomer:

　　1. POE has the general characteristics of thermoplastic elastomers, with the flexible chain curling structure of octene and crystalline ethylene chains as physical crosslinking points, making it both excellent in toughness and good in processability;

　　2. Low price and relatively low density, therefore the volume price is low;

　　3. Excellent heat resistance and cold resistance, with a wide range of operating temperatures;

　　4. Good weather resistance and aging resistance, due to the absence of unsaturated double bonds in the molecular structure of POE plastic, it has excellent aging resistance;

　　5. Not very good in terms of oil resistance, compression deformation resistance, and wear resistance;

　　6. POE plastic has a narrow molecular weight distribution, good fluidity, and good compatibility with polyolefins;

　　7. Good fluidity can improve the dispersion effect of fillers and also enhance the weld strength of products.

Performance characteristics of Suzhou Jinwei POE film production line:

　　1. The drooling extruder adopts multi machine co extrusion POE single screw extrusion, with a constant temperature circulating water cooling system for the screw barrel.

　　2. The roller body adopts double-sided embossing.

　　3. The cooling part adopts cooling rollers and stress relieving cooling beds to ensure smooth operation and sufficient shaping of the adhesive film, ensuring a shrinkage rate of less than 3%.

　　4. The entire line adopts PLC fully automatic control to achieve human-machine interface operation.

　　5. The production line is equipped with an online quality monitoring and control system to ensure the product qualification rate.
