The unique design of the cooling and sizing system, using water circulation to cool HDPE (PP, ABS) raw materials, is suitable for the cooling of the above raw materials. The uniqueness of the design can improve the stability and roundness of the diameter size, meeting the needs of thick walled pipe production. The special design of the vacuum sizing box ensures the stability and roundness of the diameter size, and the speed control system stabilizes the traction speed. The entire production line can be controlled by PLC and LCD screen control panel, making it easy to operate. Can be equipped with a color code extruder to produce colored markings on the pipes. Equipped with a single screw extruder (usually using a single screw extruder, but may vary depending on special circumstances, parallel twin-screw extruders and conical twin-screw extruders depending on the actual situation), suitable for PE tree wax extrusion, with a high output of up to 1000 kilograms per hour (for PP and ABS production, please contact us for more information). This production line is designed reasonably and adopts safety production design. The diameter range of the pipe is 16mm-800mm, which can be converted to inches and meets the special requirements of customers. The raw material feeder can be a vacuum feeder, and the specific configuration depends on the actual situation.
