　　1. Raw material mixing

The spiral feeder is manually controlled and can be started at any time according to the situation of the raw materials in the bin. The feeding time can also be set according to the time;

　　3. Material plasticization

　　The raw materials added to the silo are gradually plasticized into plastic solution by the external heating and internal frictional heat of the extruder under the spiral conveying effect of the extrusion screw, in the gradually decreasing screw groove, from solid to temperature and pressure.
