The thickness control of the sheet material adopts screw adjustment and bi-directional adjustment of the pressure wheel to accurately control the thickness of the sheet material. The independently controlled roller temperature control system can accurately control the temperature of the pressure roller drum to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet metal. Cooling roller bracket: equipped with corresponding cooling guide rollers to achieve optimal cooling effect. It is also equipped with a trimming device to ensure the quality of the sheet width and edges. Horizontal cutting machine: used for fixed length cutting, with a cutting accuracy of less than 2mm.
