　　The extrusion host is a JWS-H series high-efficiency and high-yield single screw extruder. The special screw barrel structure design can ensure ideal melt uniformity at lower melt temperatures. A spiral distribution structure die head designed specifically for extruding large-diameter pipes, equipped with an internal cooling system for the pipe that extracts air from the die, and combined with specialized low melting point PE100 raw materials, can produce ultra thick walled and ultra large caliber solid wall pipes. The two-stage hydraulic opening and closing mobile vacuum shaping box, as well as the independently controlled multi track tractor and chip free cutting machine, are centrally controlled and coordinated by the computer to achieve high automation and stable continuous production. An optional steel wire rope traction device can be used to facilitate the initial start-up operation of large-diameter pipes.
