Performance and advantages: In order to meet market demand, Suzhou Jinwei Company has independently developed a cone double host series FRPP/PVC double wall corrugated pipe production line, which has the following characteristics:
The overall energy consumption of the production line is low, and the conveying efficiency of the cone double host is higher than that of the single screw host. The installed power is lower than that of the single screw host
The extruder directly feeds on powder, using a formula of raw materials and calcium powder to reduce raw material costs and improve the ring stiffness of the pipe;
The extruder is equipped with a vacuum device, which overcomes the problem of bubbles on the inner and outer walls of the pipe caused by the presence of moisture in the raw material.
Adding a 30/28 co extrusion machine, combined with a dedicated coating mold, can coat the outer layer of the corrugated tube to make the surface of the product bright, strong, and high. The surface coating accounts for about 2-4% of the total weight of the product.
