The elastic fine adjustment design of the upper and lower mold lips on the mold head ensures that the wall thickness error of the product is ≤ 3%. Fully enclosed built-in electric heating tube zone control, safe and beautiful. The mold adopts an insulation board device to optimize the process temperature and reduce heat loss. A uniform vacuum device and temperature control system with independent partition control for the shaping mold, equipped with a vacuum sealing edge device. The mold is suitable for producing U-shaped locking sun panel products with PC thickness range of 4-40mm and width of 600-1050mm.
