　　Performance of Jinwei Insulation Pipe Production Line

　　(1) The host adopts a new type of high-efficiency single screw extruder, imported and manufactured with external technology. Motor drive, Siemens PLC processor, ensure stable and reliable operation of the equipment. The host temperature control system is composed of Siemens PLC control system and expansion module, and the temperature control accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.5 ℃.

　　(2) Mold

　　(a) The mold adopts a spiral structure, forged from high-quality alloy steel and treated with chrome plating on the surface;

　　(b) The mold core adopts electric heating temperature control method, with high temperature control accuracy and no carbon deposition on the oil conducting copper tube;

　　(c) The heating coil has multiple zones, allowing for controllable temperature regulation in each area of the mold.

　　(3) The flanges of the vacuum shaping box and spray cooling box are made of stainless steel material, processed by water cutting, and designed modularly. The nozzle adopts a quick change connector, which is easy to clean and replace, overcoming the difficulty of fixed installation and disassembly.

　　(4) The crawler tractor has the advantages of easy operation, less waste pipes, high traction force, and smooth operation.

　　(5) The feed arm of the cutting machine is made of steel structural components, which have high strength and durability.
