　　It involves inserting single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers into a loose tube made of high modulus material, filling the loose tube with a thixotropic waterproof compound, and applying a layer of plastic coated steel strip (PSP) longitudinally wrapped around the loose tube. A water-resistant material is added between the steel strip and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water resistance of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides, and a flame-retardant polyolefin sheath is extruded. The outer sheath is made of blue flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride.
