　　The JTW-LD-KC82001/85 cable type linear temperature sensing fire detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is an irreversible fire detection product. The detector is designed based on the national standard GB16280-2014 "Linear Temperature Sensing Fire Detector" and has the characteristics of fixed temperature fire detection and alarm. This detector consists of a temperature sensing cable, a signal processing unit, and a terminal unit. It uses a relay passive contact output and can be easily matched with fire alarm controllers from different manufacturers. It is widely used for early detection of fires in industrial settings such as metallurgy, power, and petrochemicals.

The temperature sensing cable adopts a three core cable structure, in which two conductors wrapped with thermal sensitive material are elastic metal conductors with a diameter of 0.6mm, and there is a multi strand metal wire between the two elastic metal conductors. The resistance between a conductor wrapped in a red thermosensitive material and multiple metal wires varies with changes in ambient temperature; The resistance between the conductor wrapped in pink thermal sensitive material and the multi strand metal wire does not change with the ambient temperature when it is lower than the non operating temperature. Only when the ambient temperature reaches or exceeds the alarm temperature, the resistance will show an irreversible sharp decrease.

　　The signal processing unit is equipped with signal processing circuits, including signal acquisition, signal amplification and conversion circuits, display circuits, etc. The signal processing unit is connected to a certain length of temperature sensing cable and terminal unit for use. The signal processing unit continuously monitors the temperature sensing cable and alarms for temperature rise, wire breakage, and short circuit caused by abnormal situations.
