      Overview

      The JTW-LD-SF500/85A cable type linear temperature sensing fire detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a new type of reusable fire protection patented product that monitors changes in environmental temperature. It mainly consists of a signal processing unit (microcomputer processor), temperature sensing cables (electric cables), and connecting components (terminal boxes). The detector has the function of responding to temperature alarms and outputting alarm signals. The detector has good environmental adaptability, can be protected up close or in close proximity, and can work highly reliably in various damp, polluted, and dusty fire detection places. Therefore, it is widely used in fire detection places such as warehouses, freight yards, oil and gas pipelines, transformers, belt conveyors, locomotives, and distribution panels. Especially suitable for early fire warning of power cables and control cables in cable tunnels, cable trays, and cable shafts.

      2、 Working principle and characteristics

      The temperature sensing cable of the detector is a temperature sensitive component. The JTW-LD-SF500/85A temperature sensing cable is made up of three wires twisted together with extruded thermal insulation material (one of which increases mechanical strength), and can detect temperature changes at any point along its installation length. When the temperature rises to the response value, the resistance between the cores of the temperature sensing cable jumps, and corresponding signals are generated between the wires. Then, the fire alarm judgment is made through the fuzzy mathematical calculation method of the microcontroller. Its main characteristics are briefly described as follows:

      1. The temperature sensing cable has a stable structure, strong anti-interference, tensile and anti extrusion properties.

      2. Collect analog signals for comprehensive judgment.

      3. Meet the requirements of GB 4.18 for small-sized high-temperature response performance testing and GB50116-2013 12.3

      3 requirements for response flame size not exceeding 100mm.

      4. Within the safe temperature range, the detector alarm will not damage the temperature sensing cable, and the temperature sensing cable can be reused.

      5. It has two types of fault alarms: open circuit and short circuit.

      6. The microcomputer processor and terminal box shell are made of flame retardant materials, which are corrosion resistant and anti-aging.

      7. Equipped with manual fire alarm and fault simulation functions.

      8. The detector has strong anti-interference ability and adopts isolation detection and software anti-interference technology, which can be applied to places with strong electromagnetic field interference.
