　　The JTW-LD-HK3003 cable type linear temperature sensing fire detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a recoverable fire detection product. The detector is mainly designed based on the national standard GB16280-2014 "Linear Temperature Sensing Fire Detector" of the People's Republic of China, and has the characteristics of fixed temperature fire detection and alarm. This detector consists of a temperature sensing cable, a signal processing unit, and a terminal unit. It uses a relay passive contact output and can be easily matched with fire alarm controllers from different manufacturers. It is widely used for early detection of fires in industrial settings such as metallurgy, power, and petrochemicals.

　　II working principle

　　The detector consists of a temperature sensing cable, a signal processing unit, and a terminal unit. The temperature sensing cable adopts a two core cable structure, with a core wire made of metal wire with a diameter of 0.6mm. The outer part of the metal wire is made of temperature sensing material, and the impedance between the core wires changes with the surrounding temperature; The signal processing unit is equipped with signal processing circuits, including signal acquisition, signal amplification and conversion circuits, display circuits, etc. The signal processing unit is connected to a certain length of temperature sensing cable and terminal unit for use. The signal processing unit continuously monitors the temperature sensing cable and alarms for temperature rise, wire breakage, and short circuit caused by abnormal situations.
