1. Faster CO2 concentration recovery speed
*During the experiment, it is necessary to frequently open the box door, and infrared sensors are the preferred choice.
Imported infrared (IR) sensors have the characteristics of fast monitoring of carbon dioxide gas velocity and are not affected by external temperature and humidity fluctuations. If the door is opened for 30 seconds and then closed, it can recover to 37C in less than 10 minutes, and recover to 5% of the set CO2 concentration in less than 5 minutes. Even in situations where multiple people need to frequently open and close the door, the CO2 concentration inside the box can still be maintained stable and uniform. Thermal conductivity sensors are easily affected by temperature and humidity, with long response times, large detection errors, and long-term use, requiring frequent calibration errors and other defects.
2. UV sterilization system
*The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is located on the back wall of the box and can regularly disinfect the inside of the box. It can effectively kill circulating air and steam floating bacteria in the humidification tray inside the box, thereby effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.
3. Microbial high-efficiency filter
*The CO2 inlet is equipped with an efficient microbial filter, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% for particles with a diameter ≥ 0.3 μ m, effectively filtering bacteria and dust particles in CO2 gas.
4. Door temperature heating system
*The CO2 incubator door can heat the inner glass door, effectively preventing condensation water from the glass door and preventing the possibility of microbial contamination caused by condensation water from the glass door.
