      Basic functions of 756PC UV visible spectrophotometer instrument

      Quantitative testing: Test sample transmittance T, absorbance A, and energy under a single host, automatically set wavelength, automatically adjust Abs/T, can save 200 test records, can be connected to an external micro printer, and print data reports.

      Standard curve method testing: It can perform first-order zero crossing and first-order linear standard curve testing. Multiple standard curves can be established for 12 sample points, with concentration results displayed directly. 50 curve parameters can be saved, and up to 200 test records can be saved. An external micro printer can be used to print spectra and data reports.

      Parameter method testing: Users input the linear working parameters K and B, and the concentration results are directly tested and displayed. It can be externally connected to a micro printer to print spectra and data reports.

      System settings: Lamp source management, system clock management, dark current correction, wavelength correction, lamp switching wavelength setting, version information function.

      Equipped with UV-Solution2.0 working software, it has various testing, scanning and other functions.

      Quantitative testing: Curve calibration: It can perform first-order zero crossing, first-order linear, second-order fitting, and third-order fitting standard curve testing. It can establish a standard curve with 20 standard sample points and can choose to measure at single wavelength, dual wavelength, or triple wavelength.

      Parameter calibration: The curve parameters can be calibrated under first-order zero crossing, first-order linear, second-order fitting, and third-order fitting standard curves. Single wavelength, dual wavelength, or triple wavelength measurements can be selected.

      It can print records as standard reports and export data as txt text files for users to edit.

      Dynamics testing: Time scan the absorbance A or transmittance T of the sample at a wavelength, with sampling intervals of 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 30, and 60 seconds to choose from. Save up to 10000 data measurements and measure for up to 7 days. It can print records as standard reports, export data as txt text files for users to edit, and export graphs as BMP image files.

      Wavelength scanning: Within the effective wavelength range, the scanning interval can be set at 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, and 5nm (with a high scanning speed of up to 300nm/min) to scan the absorbance A, transmittance, or energy of the sample, and perform data processing on the spectrum, such as spectrum scaling, smoothing, arithmetic operations, coordinate adjustment, peak/valley automatic detection, 1-4 derivative spectra, etc. It can accommodate up to eight scanning spectra at the same time, save or import system baseline data, speed up testing, print records as standard reports, export data as txt text files for users to edit, and export spectra as BMP image files.

      Wavelength testing: The transmittance T and absorbance A of the sample can be tested under multiple wavelength conditions. Up to 15 wavelength points can be set, and parameter factors can be set to directly obtain the final calculation result. It can be printed as a standard report, exported as a txt text file for users to edit, and exported as a BMP image file.

      Ribonucleic acid/protein measurement: Quickly measure the absorbance of DNA samples at wavelengths, and automatically calculate the concentration of deoxyribonucleic acid/protein and DNA Ratio. There are two built-in standard testing methods, which can also be extended to other wavelengths and factors for measurement and calculation.
