      Working principle of industrial radiator: The structure of industrial radiator consists of heat dissipation pipes, inlet and outlet pipes, and frame. Among them, the heat dissipation pipes are composed of heat dissipation tube bundles, and the heat dissipation pipes are composed of base pipes and fins. The quality of heat pipes determines the heat transfer effect, the arrangement of heat pipes affects air resistance, and the installation method of heat pipes determines the ability to withstand temperature differences (thermal expansion and contraction).

      Common installation methods for heat dissipation pipes: frame fixed type (SRZ type, SRL type, S type), frame supported type (GL type, U type). Among them, the frame is fixed and the heat dissipation pipes are directly welded to the frame box, resulting in a simple result. It is generally used for heating or cooling media below 180 ℃; Frame supported type, with heat dissipation pipes passing through the porous plate of the frame and welded to connecting pipes (or elbows), generally used for heat media above 180 ℃.

      The paint film surface of industrial radiators with light pipes should be smooth, flat, and uniform, without bubbles, accumulation, flow, or missed spraying; The thickness of the primer shall not be less than 15 μ m, and the thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 60 μ m; The adhesion of the paint film should meet the requirements specified in GB/T1720; The impact resistance of the paint film should comply with the provisions of GB/T1732.
