Distribution of trough type liquid in the assembly of platters
The trough plate gas-liquid distributor is composed of a rectangular riser, angle steel and channel steel shaped guide pipes, dovetail or channel steel shaped liquid blocking caps, planks, support rings, and support beams. The main difference between it and the disc liquid distributor is that the two rows of small holes, one large at the top and one small at the bottom, are respectively opened in the upper, middle, or lower part of the rectangular chimney, and the reducing small holes on the same vertical line are covered by angle steel or channel steel guide pipes. The liquid in the tray enters the guide tube through the spray hole, and under the protection of the guide tube, the liquid passes through the high gas velocity zone and the variable gas velocity zone, and falls from the low gas velocity zone. Therefore, the extension length of the guide tube is taken as 100mm.
