Metal distributor welding project
When designing a packed tower, it is usually assumed that the gas and liquid phases are uniformly distributed along the cross-section of the tower. However, extensive experiments have shown that the liquid in the packing layer does not exhibit a uniform plug flow state, but rather flows laterally through wall flow, channel flow, etc. This uneven distribution can reduce the separation performance of the tower. There are many factors that can cause uneven distribution of liquids. In addition to the inherent dispersion characteristics of the filler itself, the liquid distributor is one of the key factors affecting liquid distribution.
