500Y orifice plate corrugated packing is being shipped
Stainless steel orifice plate corrugated packing is made by stamping various metal thin plates with a thickness of 0.15-0.20mm. The plate is punched with small holes with a diameter of 4mm and several fine seams with a length of about 5mm, which enhances the wetting performance and may form bidirectional permeation. The opening rate is about 9-12%, and the perforated plate surface has a special texture to improve the effective mass transfer area. Its separation ability is similar to that of wire mesh corrugated packing, but its anti blocking ability is stronger than that of corrugated packing.
