The corrugated packing of metal orifice plate is composed of several metal corrugated sheets arranged in parallel and vertically, with small holes on the corrugated sheets. The top angle of the corrugated sheet is about 900 degrees, and the channel formed by the corrugated sheet is at a 45 degree or 30 degree angle to the vertical direction. Adjacent corrugated flow channels are arranged at a 90 degree angle, and the upper and lower corrugated packing plates are stacked by rotating 90 degrees. In the tower with a smaller diameter connected by flanges, the corrugated packing plates are made into whole disks with a diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the tower. In the tower with a larger diameter, each plate of corrugated packing is divided into several pieces and placed into the tower through a manhole. Inside the tower, they are assembled into complete disks. The corrugated sheets of the upper and lower plates of packing are rotated 90 degrees to install them, allowing the fluid to mix thoroughly inside the tower.
