Assembly video of trough distributor

The trough distributor has welded trough and detachable trough. Large and medium-sized towers often use welded groove plates. The trough plate gas-liquid distributor has four technical key points: leakage, levelness, thermal deformation, and liquid flow network. Detachable groove discs are more prone to leakage than welded groove discs. On site leakage testing requires that local leakage is considered qualified, while dripping is considered unqualified. For detachable groove discs, due to the thin bottom plate, it is difficult to ensure no leakage even if the bolts are tight, so segmented flanges should be used to increase sealing. To ensure that the levelness of each spray hole in the trough plate gas-liquid distributor is ≤ 3mm, in addition to ensuring the deflection of the main beam and the levelness of the support ring, an adjusting plate needs to be installed on the upper end face of the main beam. For the extraction of a large number of trough type gas-liquid distributors (or oil collection tanks), it is necessary to carefully design a liquid flow network consisting of extraction buckets, extraction main channels, extraction branch channels, and capillary channels to ensure maximum output.
