When the gas containing finer and smaller dust passes through the filter material, the dust is trapped and purified. Industrial dust collectors use advanced filter cartridge electronic pulse back blowing, which has high dust removal efficiency. The PLC program of the dust collector controls the electromagnetic pulse valves to open one by one, and compressed air flows into the filter cartridge through the induction nozzle in a very short time, causing the filter cartridge to expand and deform, generating vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow flushing, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper.
