　　3. Spray guns, spray hoses, and paint mixing tanks should be stored in clean places;

　　5. In the paint baking room, only spraying and baking processes can be carried out, and the door of the paint baking room can only be opened when vehicles enter and exit. When opening the door, the air circulation system during spraying must be activated to generate positive pressure, ensuring that dust outside the room cannot enter the room;

　　6. Must wear spray paint clothing and safety protective equipment to enter the paint booth for operations;

　　7. When conducting baking operations, flammable materials inside the paint baking room must be taken out of the room;

　　8. Non essential personnel are not allowed to enter the paint booth.

　　In terms of daily maintenance, to maintain the effectiveness of the paint baking room, the following cleaning and inspection work should be done regularly:

　　1. Clean the walls, glass, and floor bases in the room every day to prevent the accumulation of dust and paint dust;

　　2. Clean the intake dust screen every week and check if the exhaust dust screen is clogged. If the air pressure in the room increases without reason, the exhaust dust screen must be replaced;

　　3. The platform dust isolation fiber cotton should be replaced every 150 hours of work;

　　4. The air inlet dust screen should be replaced every 300 hours of work;

　　5. Clean the floor water tray monthly and clean the diesel filtration device on the burner;

　　6. Check whether the drive belts of the intake and exhaust motors are loose every quarter;

　　7. Every six months, the entire paint baking room and platform should be cleaned, the circulating air valve, inlet and exhaust fan bearings should be checked, the exhaust passage of the burner should be checked, the sediment in the oil tank should be cleaned, the water-based protective film in the paint baking room should be cleaned and re sprayed;

　　8. The entire thermal energy converter, including the combustion chamber and exhaust duct, should be cleaned every year, and the painted roof cotton should be replaced every year or every 1200 hours of operation.

　　If the above points are taken into consideration and used and maintained reasonably, the paint booth will become easier and cleaner during the construction process, and can complete tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed, presenting a perfect spraying effect.
