　　Adsorption method:

　　(1) Direct adsorption method: Organic gases can be purified directly through activated carbon, achieving a purification rate of 95%. The equipment is simple, the investment is small, and the operation is convenient, but the activated carbon needs to be replaced frequently. It is used in situations with low concentration and no need for pollutant recovery.

　　(2) Adsorption recovery method: Organic gases are adsorbed by activated carbon, which is saturated and then desorbed and regenerated using hot air. By directly adsorbing organic gases through activated carbon, the equipment is simple, the investment is small, and the spray painting exhaust gas treatment solution is easy to operate, but the activated carbon needs to be replaced frequently.

　　The equipment has high wind resistance, requires high wind pressure from the fan, and consumes a large amount of electricity. The replacement of activated carbon after use and subsequent handling are troublesome. After saturation, it is difficult to extract air from the spray booth, which affects the quality of the product. Utilizing the adsorption properties of activated carbon with multiple micropores to adsorb organic waste gas is one of the most effective industrial treatment methods. The activated carbon adsorption bed adopts waterproof activated carbon, which has a large specific surface area and porosity, strong adsorption capacity, good mechanical strength, chemical stability, and thermal stability, and a purification efficiency of over 95%.

　　Organic waste gas passes through an adsorption bed and comes into contact with activated carbon. Through the spray painting waste gas treatment process, the organic pollutants in the waste gas are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon, thereby separating from the airflow and achieving purification effect. The airflow discharged from the activated carbon adsorption bed has reached the emission standard, and the air can be directly discharged.
