      The body components refer to various machined and welded parts that make up the machine. Different operating conditions have different requirements for the components of the machine body. By adjusting the relative position between the scraper and the sieve basket, the size of this gap can be fine tuned. The direction of the spiral blade on the scraper is designed based on the relative rotation position between the scraper and the sieve blue. It causes the material to advance towards the discharge end in the direction of rotation of the scraper spiral plate. Therefore, the direction of rotation of the motor cannot be changed arbitrarily, and it must be powered according to the design rotation direction requirements.

      The main purpose of the lubrication system is to lubricate the rotating bearings with oil, reduce the working temperature of the bearings, and maximize the service life of the bearings.

      The vibrating centrifugal dewatering machine discharges materials through vibration, while the scraper centrifuge does not have a vibration system. It forcefully discharges materials from the sieve basket through the rotation of the scraper. The vibrating centrifuge has strong adaptability and can handle particle sizes up to 60mm. However, the feeding particle size of the scraper centrifuge cannot exceed 25mm. From the working process of the scraper centrifuge, it can be inferred that its ability to crush coal is higher than that of the vibrating centrifuge.
