working principle
1) Work process. Firstly, power is input from the power section, and the squeezing torque is transmitted from gear 7 to drive the entire squeezing spiral roller 4 to rotate in the direction shown in the diagram. There is a gap between the squeezing cylinder 2 and the squeezing spiral roller 4, and they do not roll along with it; Then, continuously feed the pressing raw materials into the feeding point 1; The raw materials enter the barrel and are continuously pushed to the left by the spiral roller 4. The cross-sectional area decreases continuously from A1 to A3, and reaches 0 at the limit state, achieving extrusion; The residue and juice gradually separate from the 5 points where the juice is drawn out, and the residue is discharged 6 at the left end of the squeezing cylinder 2. 2) Squeeze cylinder follow-up control. During the squeezing process, the design of the squeezing cylinder 2 allows for lateral movement (as shown in the top view of Figure 1), mainly considering the instability of the raw material juice content or changes in the slag/juice extraction rate (such as sugarcane with different sugar contents or different parts of sugarcane), which can cause significant changes in the forces between the spiral roller, squeezing cylinder, and raw materials, resulting in problems such as waste of success rate and high slag extraction rate. By adding a follower block 8 integrated with the squeezing cylinder 2, a spring 9, and a hydraulic cylinder 10; During the juice extraction process, the squeezing cylinder 2 and the squeezing screw roller 4 are adjusted in a timely manner according to the different raw materials and slag removal rates, thereby controlling the slag removal rate and squeezing force comparatively and improving work efficiency. Its essence is to make the cross-sectional area A3 adjustable by controlling the ratio of A3 to A1, that is, the slag discharge rate.
3) Spiral roller cone guide. Between A1 and A3, a spiral guide structure has been added to the conical surface at the right end of the squeezing spiral roller 4, which is no longer a common smooth conical surface; While gradually changing the cross-sectional area of the raw material, guide the residue to move to the right along the spiral groove until the right end of the extrusion cylinder 2 leaves, achieving slag removal 6.
