3、 Main structure and precautions:

4、 Usage method
4.1 Installation of Vertical Knife
4.1.1 Vertical knife is used for cutting stems and leaves of soft vegetables, as well as cutting the slices cut by centrifugal slicing mechanism into desired specifications such as silk, blocks, dices, diamonds, etc. Cutting vegetables of different patterns requires the installation of corresponding vertical knives.
4.1.2 When the product leaves the factory, one blade is randomly installed. Other specifications of cutting tools (curved knives, diamond knives, rectangular knives, square knives) can be customized according to user needs.
4.2 Vertical Knife Vegetable Cutting Size Adjustment Structure
4.2.1 The size of the vertical knife cutting vegetables can be adjusted arbitrarily within 1-25mm, and the desired size can be obtained by adjusting the adjustable eccentric screw.
4.2.2 Reduce the size of the dish and rotate the adjustable eccentric wheel to make the opening of the slot face upwards. Loosen the adjustable eccentric screw and move it away from the eccentric wheel direction by an appropriate amount.

4.3 Slice thickness adjustment

4.3.2 The slice is fixed on the wall of the material cylinder, and the blade should have a gap of 0.5-1mm with the feeding tray. The slice thickness can be obtained by adjusting the screws on both sides of the movable plate, and then tightening the nuts after adjustment.
4.4 Speed Adjustment
4.4.1 The vertical blade speed should be selected based on the size of the vegetables being cut. When cutting fine threads, choose high speed, and when cutting coarse threads or larger vegetable sizes, choose medium speed and low speed in sequence.
4.2.2 Tension of the feeling belt: The vertical knife triangle belt can be tensioned by adjusting the rear of the machine and rotating the screw clockwise to tighten it. The slicing mechanism can be tensioned by adjusting the motor plate nut to achieve the purpose of tensioning
5、 Maintenance and Precautions
5.1 If there are no holes in each active part, add 10 # engine oil once per shift, and replace calcium based lubricating oil for rolling bearings every quarter. Add an appropriate amount of engine oil to the sprocket and gear every shift to prevent dripping. When the turntable is in the appropriate position, loosen the two M12 bolts and lightly tap the turntable with a hammer to close the gap.
5.2 When cutting vegetables, do not mix foreign objects into the vegetables to avoid damaging the machinery. The vegetables should be cleaned of mud, residue, salt, etc. To avoid damaging the cutting tools, clean up any leftover food after use and wipe it clean to maintain cleanliness.
5.3 Do not put your hands under the dial or vertical knife during work to ensure personal safety.
5.4 When using, do not damage the switch, power supply, or motor wires, or let them get damp or wet to prevent leakage. To ensure safety, please connect the grounding wire at the machine's grounding point.
If the sound of the machine is abnormal during work, the inspection must be stopped immediately and the problem must be resolved before continuing to use it.
During work, if looseness is found between the conveyor belt and the pressure plate, the tension screw should be adjusted in a timely manner to tighten it, but attention should be paid to the degree of tightness on both sides to prevent the belt from deviating.
