　　This machine is used for horizontal, inclined or short distance conveying of materials, and also has mixing function during conveying, which can feed and discharge at multiple points. Spiral elevators are mainly used to transport powdered, granular, and small block materials, such as pesticides, veterinary drugs, seasonings, additives, chemicals, etc. Spiral elevators are not suitable for conveying materials that are prone to deterioration, high viscosity, and clumping. It belongs to a special spiral conveyor. The former's casing is a circular tube, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the spiral belt animal material pushes the material towards the tube wall, which is then pushed upward by the blades. Its lifting height is within 20 meters. The latter's casing is also a circular tube, with blades installed along the inner spiral inside the tube. The casing is supported on rollers for low-speed rotation, and the material moves forward along the blades. Loading and unloading are carried out at both ends. It can slightly tilt and transport materials without any jamming phenomenon. The diameter ranges from 100mm to 1250mm, with a total of twelve specifications, divided into two forms: single drive and double drive. The single drive screw machine can reach a maximum length of 40m (extra large 30m), while the double drive screw machine adopts a middle disconnect shaft structure, with a maximum length of 80m (extra large 60m). The screw machine has a length of 0.5m, which can be selected according to needs. The head and tail bearings of the screw machine are placed outside the housing to reduce dust intrusion into the bearing chamber and improve the service life of the screw key components. The intermediate suspension bearing adopts two interchangeable structures of rolling and sliding, with low resistance, strong sealing, and good wear resistance. The suspension bearing is equipped with an external oil cup for centralized refueling and lubrication. The layout of the inlet and outlet positions is flexible, and an electric discharge outlet is added.
