      Quick freezing characteristics of Chengdu Zhuoda Yuntong Tunnel:

      1. Freezing speed is fast. Compared with traditional air forced circulation freezing devices, the heat transfer intensity has increased by about 30-40 times. This is because the thermal resistance during freezing decreases by about 15-18 times, the heat release coefficient between the product surface and the cold air increases by about 4-6 times, and the effective heat transfer area increases by about 3.5-10 times. So the freezing speed is several tens of times faster than that of ordinary freezing devices.
