The liquid nitrogen quick freezing machine produced by our company has the following characteristics:
1. Fast freezing speed. The fluidized freezing process has strong heat transfer characteristics. Compared with traditional air forced circulation freezing devices, the heat transfer intensity has increased by 30-40 times. This is because the thermal resistance of food suspension freezing decreases by 15-18 times, the heat release coefficient between the product surface and cold air increases by 4-6 times, and the effective heat exchange area increases by 3.5-10 times. So the freezing speed of fluidized freezing devices is several tens of times higher than that of ordinary freezing equipment. Due to its fast freezing speed, fluidized freezing can largely maintain the original nutritional content and freshness of food.
2. Implement rapid freezing of individual units. Due to the suspended state of food during the freezing process, it will not stick together after freezing, achieving IQF freezing. This not only ensures good quality, but also facilitates packaging and consumer consumption.
3. Less dry food consumption. Each frozen food has a thin layer of ice film on its surface, which is beneficial for maintaining the freshness of the food and preventing oxidation, while also reducing dry consumption.
