　　Equipment structure and working principle

　　1. Structure:

　　It consists of front support, feeding hopper, spiral, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag discharge groove and other parts. The spiral spindle is supported in the rolling bearing, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing. The motor drives the spiral to work through a pair of triangular belt pulleys.

　　2. Working principle:

　　The main component of this equipment is the spiral, which gradually increases in diameter along the direction of the slag outlet and decreases in pitch. When the material is pushed forward by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity shrinks, forming a squeezing effect on the material. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag hopper. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and are compressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The size of the gap can be adjusted by moving the pressure regulating head along the axial direction. Used to adjust the resistance of slag discharge by changing the size of the gap clockwise (when the pressure regulating head is turned to the left to reduce the gap, and vice versa when the handwheel shaft is seated when viewed from the slag discharge groove of the equipment towards the feeding hopper end). The slag yield can be changed, but if the gap is too small, under strong squeezing, some of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice relatively decreases, and the size of the gap should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user.
