　　9. When there is condensation, moisture, sediment, etc. at the joint of HDPE smooth geomembrane, it should be treated before welding.

　　10. HDPE smooth geomembrane cannot be welded during rainy periods or when there is moisture, dew, or large sand in the joints, except for taking protective measures.

　　11. When the temperature is below 5 ℃, construction should not be carried out according to the specifications.
