Introduction to TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe production process. 1. Compared with traditional electric furnace heating methods, medium frequency heating has a higher conversion rate and effectively saves electricity for steel pipes. By using medium frequency heating, the heat in the steel pipe is dissipated from the inside out, making the heating temperature more uniform and effectively ensuring the curing of the epoxy coating. 2. Single layer polyethylene adopts the technology of internal spraying and external spraying of epoxy powder and external spraying of polyethylene powder, which is called curtain method or coating process. It uses intermediate frequency heating to use the waste heat of the pipe to cure both at the same time, without the need for separate coating and curing. 3. The three-layer structure polyethylene adopts fusion bonding and winding technology, and the inner wall adopts thermal spraying epoxy powder anti-corrosion method. The powder is uniformly coated on the surface of the pipe body after high-temperature heating and fusion bonding. The outer coating is applied using high-pressure extrusion winding technology, greatly improving its density. The coating is tough, wear-resistant, and has excellent impact and bending resistance, which can effectively prevent mechanical damage during construction and damage to plant roots and soil environmental stress during use.
