      Epoxy coal tar anti-corrosion coating is composed of two main components: epoxy and coal tar. It is a two-component coating of A (epoxy) and B (curing agent), which has excellent adhesion, toughness, resistance, water resistance, and resistance to chemical media. It has the performance of preventing various ions from passing through the paint film and has the same shrinkage characteristics as the coated object. The paint film never falls off or cracks. Oil and gas pipelines have been used for 20 years without any corrosion. Reactive coatings (such as epoxy, polyurethane, etc.) may not fully react at low temperatures (due to the difficulty of high molecular motion in the coating, active groups cannot fully collide). Even if some reactions occur, when the glass transition temperature of the coating approaches the temperature, it is difficult to further react and form a high-performance coating. Moreover, insufficient solvent evaporation and residual active genes (such as amino and amino groups) affect the water resistance of the coating film.
