The tpep anti-corrosion process (inner EP and outer 3PE) combines thermosetting epoxy resin powder coating with the characteristics of polyethylene and processing technology, and cleverly combines the three-layer structure polyethylene coating with fusion bonded epoxy powder coating technology, providing a good solution for the corrosion protection of buried steel pipes. Main structural characteristics of the production line:
(1) Transmission line;
Using a circular bend pipe transmission line, adjust the transmission speed as needed to ensure stable operation of bends at different angles on the transmission line when both the transmission wheel and the inner side wheel are acting simultaneously.
(2) Shot blasting rust removal device;
This device uses almost the same shot blasting and rust removal method as the straight pipe production line. Due to the uniform distribution of multiple shot blasting machines in the circumferential direction of the bent pipe, the surface treatment quality can be effectively guaranteed.
(3) Heating device;
Because the heater moves radially with the movement of the bent pipe, it is suitable for anti-corrosion treatment of bent pipes with different bending angles.
(4) Spray coating system;
In this system, the powder spraying rack swings radially with the movement of the bent pipe, and can be applied to anti-corrosion treatment of bent pipes with different bending angles. Due to the uniform distribution of powder spraying along the circumference of the bent pipe, it is driven by a motor to swing uniformly along the circumference of the pipe body, thereby ensuring the continuity and thickness uniformity of the coating. Moreover, the coating thickness can be adjusted within the range of 3001200 μ m according to different needs.
