The JPF-800/1200 high-speed inspection rewinding machine is a new, practical, and high-speed inspection rewinding machine developed by our company in response to the demand of the flexible packaging market. This machine is mainly suitable for pattern detection and rewinding of printed products in the flexible packaging industry. It is designed to solve the problem of unqualified products flowing into the subsequent process during the printing process and provide good conditions for cost savings in the next process. It uses a rewinding method and photoelectric automatic tracking strobe to achieve a relatively static pattern effect for high-speed running printed products. In the function switching between forward and reverse rotation, it is easy to detect unqualified products and detect patterns quickly and practically. Main technical features: 1. This machine can operate at high speed forward, emergency stop, and reverse, with stepless variable frequency speed regulation, stable speed, simple switching, convenient, and reliable. 2. The machine adopts an automatic constant tension control device for winding and unwinding.
3. The unwinding department adopts a photoelectric tracking automatic correction device.
4. The detection adopts photoelectric automatic tracking pattern and automatic synchronization of flicker.
5. Automatic meter counting and linear velocity display function.
6. The whole machine adopts pneumatic locking device.
