While increasing production volume, it greatly increases the transparency of the product and greatly enhances its added value. The fully automatic winding device has fully automatic control of winding, unwinding, cutting, and unloading. The photoelectric correction system makes winding more neat, improves work efficiency, reduces labor intensity for workers, and reduces the scrap rate during manual coil replacement.
3. The electrical control adopts PLC programmable control and computer centralized control platform with real-time display of parameters, achieving on-site intelligent control monitoring and remote parameterization; The function of storing product processing parameters greatly facilitates equipment operation, and the continuous automatic monitoring of machine functions and product data ensures product quality control, effectively saving material usage and reducing perceived interference. Remote control and management can be achieved through centralized computer control.
