PET sheet machine
Polyester (PET) calendered sheet and board production line: using two or three extruders, APET, modified PETG, and special CPET can be added. CPET's excellent transparency, stiffness, good thermoformability, and recyclability have continuously increased its market demand. Its products usually consist of 2-3 layers, with a high proportion of recycled materials in the middle layer and pure resin on the outer layer, along with anti adhesive agents or UV stabilizers added. PET/PE composite sheet is the trend in the development of PET packaging sheets, widely used as a substrate in molding, filling, and sealing packaging production lines. PET can provide excellent thermoformability, transparency, stiffness, and good barrier properties, while PE ensures heat sealing and peeling performance. Additionally, PET can also be laminated and compounded with EVOH/PE to achieve superior barrier properties.
Sheet production process: - Pre crystallization treatment of raw materials; ---Heating, conveying, and compressing materials using an extruder; ---The material is dispersed and mixed, homogenized, and then input into the filter and extrusion die at a stable pressure; ---Solution filtration; ---Homogenization and stable pumping of solution; ---Co extrusion distribution with homogeneous layering; ---The solution is evenly distributed and quantitatively stable extruded within the mold head; ---Die forming; ---Three roll compression, cooling, and shaping; ---Cut the scrap edge to the required width size; ---Natural cooling conveying sheet; ---Hand rolled scrap edges; ---Stable traction sheet; Constant tension feedback hand rolled sheet.
