　　The specifications for medium-sized attic shelf columns are: 60 × 50 × 1.5mm or 70 * 50 * 1.5 shelf column profiles. It is made by using strip steel to be flattened, rolled by an automatic rolling mill, punched by a punch press, and then cut according to the customer's specified height. The column bracket and connecting crossbeam pieces are made of cold plate bending and punching.

　　The specification of heavy-duty attic shelf columns is 90 × 70 × 2.0mm heavy-duty shelf column profiles. The crossbeam adopts cold-rolled p-type closed beam, with three specifications: 50 × 30, 64 × 40, and 80 × 50. It is a standard product specially produced for shelves in the cold bending industry. After repurchasing, cut the material according to the customer's size, weld the shelf connecting columns, and polish to form semi-finished products.

　　After production, all shelf components need to undergo a subsequent shot blasting machine to remove oil, rust, and surface spray treatment. After completion, it can be packaged and shipped.

　　The attic style shelf floor panels are made of Saxony special C-shaped cold-formed patterned steel plates or hollow plates, with a buckle plate structure that is rigidly fixed to the main and secondary beams. The overall structure of the platform is strong, and different floor panels can be selected according to actual needs to meet fire protection, dust prevention, and small item fall prevention requirements. Lighting systems can also be installed below the floor as needed.

　　Attic style shelves are used to divide the original storage area into floors using steel beams and metal plates in the limited floor area of the factory building. Different types of shelves can be placed on each floor, and the shelf structure has the function of supporting the upper floor slab.

　　Attic shelving systems typically use medium-sized or heavy-duty shelving as the main support and add floor panels (depending on the total load weight of the shelving unit). Floor panels are usually made of cold-rolled steel floor slabs, patterned steel floor slabs, or steel grating floor slabs.
