　　3. All cantilever shelf components are semi-finished products after production and will undergo a subsequent process of spray coating. Before spraying, perform shot blasting with a shot blasting machine to remove oil and rust, and then proceed with spraying. After completion, package and ship.

Cantilever shelves can be composed of multiple unit systems consisting of a single column unit and a continuous cantilever through horizontal and diagonal braces;

　　2. Cantilever shelves are effective storage systems in terms of quality, safety, and management. The column piece is composed of a column and a base. The column is made of two specially designed C-shaped steel welded together. This structure fully utilizes the material's load-bearing capacity and has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity and low cost;

　　3. Prefabricated double row holes for the columns, with a pitch of 100mm. The cantilever is connected to the columns through plate pins and can be adjusted up and down with a pitch of 100mm.

　　The structural advantages of cantilever shelves:

　　1. Cantilever shelves can be single-sided or double-sided, and they have the characteristics of structural stability, good load-bearing capacity, and high space utilization. Goods storage and retrieval are carried out by forklifts, cranes, or manual labor;

　　2. The height of cantilever shelves is usually within 2.0 meters (up to 6 meters if accessed by forklifts), the cantilever length is within 1.5 meters, and the load capacity of each arm is usually within 800KG.

　　Cantilever shelves are composed of cantilevers mounted on columns, which can be fixed or mobile. Pipes and sheets are commonly used for storage. According to the carrying capacity, it can be divided into three types: lightweight, medium weight, and heavy weight; According to the structural form, it can be divided into single-sided cantilever shelves and double-sided cantilever shelves.
